Discover...

My fisrt step in any new client relationship is to sit down, listen and learn everything there is to know about your business and your overall requirements for the project.

I collect as much information as humanly possible through asking the right questions and researching all the relevant areas of your industry.

In this phase I'll discover the goals of your target audience and your business requirements. If we are to build your brand we first need to build a healthy relationship.

For me discovery is the most important phase of any project as it lays the foundation to a solid solution.

Design...

Armed with all the knowledge and information from the discovery phase I'll analyse, dissect and experiment which will result in several ideas.

Then through the process known as Information Architecture I'll focus on organising the content and flow of the website into a structure that relates to your project requirements and your user needs. Here I'll use good old pencil and paper to sketch out a few design ideas.

I'll then carefully hone and revise my ideas until a single, clear solution emerges. Attention to detail is of huge importance to me at this point in the design process as I want to make sure that I get the perfect balance of the look and feel.

This phase will result in a visual presence of my intended design solution.

Build...

Now that we have a visual solution of what the agreed project will look like, it's time to go ahead and make it functional. This is where the magic happens.

I'll choose the best tools for the job and begin writing the code. This phase usually takes the longest to complete so it's important that we work closely together.

The agile methodology I use in the design and build phase allows you to keep in touch with every step of the design process, making sure I meet your needs as they change and grow along with the project.

The build concludes with thorough user testing, browser and device compatibility, validation of all my code and finally launching the project live. Hooray! We did it!

Grow...

Once the project is done and we've patted ourselves on the back, the relationship doesn't end there.

I'll monitor and analyse the true results of our work through Google Analytics over a period of months.

If needed we'll together establish a roadmap for future improvements and enhancements.

This phase is all about helping you, your business and your brand grow.
